My name is Lani, and I am the founder of Essence of You. I grew up sensitive to energy; seeing, hearing and feeling energy. There are many people who have the same sensitivities to energy, but may not understand them. My goal is to help you understand your own energy and empower you to create and manifest the life you want. I will assist you with releasing stress, restoring your health and wellness, creating prosperity and abundance, and feeling beautiful from the inside out. I've been trained in meditation and intuitive awareness (clairvoyance or psychic) since 2001. I'm also a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Massage Therapist; and have a background in Personal-Growth/Leadership Training, Human Resources and Marketing. My experience working in these fields has helped me gain exceptional business and life-coaching skills, which now assist me in providing the best reading, healing and intuitive meditation sessions. Over the years, I have also attended advanced intuitive (clairvoyant) classes and meditation teaching programs.
